how do you remove trojan viruses? Also have other viruses and stuff?

Have got norton internet security 2006 but viruses still gettin in. rang them up and they said that i have to pay them 100 bucks and they would send me an email tellin me how to get rid of them. what a heap of shit they are. the things that have gotten in the computer are dialer.trojan, heaps of adware stuff and about 4 or 5 other trojan things. tried heaps of removers but can’t get none that fix it. all our downloads are going heaps slow, movies that would normally take 3-4 hours are now taking 12-20. need help fast before it wrecks the computer
have tried them excpt the symnatec one that you said. hav all the updates
