Free Trojan/virus removal?

Does anyone know where I can download free software(I mean really free, not trial, demo, etc) to remove trojan (especially trojan backdoor) and adware/malware? But make sure that the website where I will download the software is safe ^^; Thank you!

Accept Terms of Use, Install ActiveX, click Start and tick both boxes, Remove found threats and Scan unwanted applications.
This can take a while to run, so just leave it to scan and remove infections.

If the problem persists, turn OFF System Restore, Right click My computer > select Properties > System Restore Tab > Tick Turn Off System restore on all drives and scan with the above programs in Safe Mode – tap F8 during boot before Windows splash screen and select Safe Mode.

After scans are complete and machine is clean remember to turn system restore back ON and create a new restore point.
