When i click on “History” or “Favorites” a virus or adware tries to do something! How i remove them??

When i click on history or favorites tab i am 100000% sure that something is going wrong. A virus or adware program tries to do something, possibly send my history & favorites information to some f***ng ad server. In my previous pc, i COULDNT open the “search” function in the windows explorer (not the internet, the WINDOWS explorer!!!) if i WASN’T CONNECTED to internet.
